Providers

Direct, one-on-one care. No rotating through a gym floor.

Physical therapy appointments run a full 45 minutes with Dr. Matthew Ranieli. Initial chiropractic visits are 60 minutes; follow-ups are 15–30 minutes.

Born and raised in Hagerstown, Dr. Ranieli graduated from North Hagerstown High School in 2004. She attended the University of Maryland, College Park and graduated from the Honors Program in 2007. Pursuing higher education at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL, she received a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2010 — the same year she married her high school sweetheart, Matthew. Just a few months later she started her practice and has been providing quality care ever since.

As her family has grown, so has her commitment to our community. She has continued her education and completed extensive coursework in functional nutrition, and has recently completed all requirements to become qualified as a Certified Women's Health Specialist (CWHS).

Dr. Matthew Ranieli

DPT, MBA • Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Matthew Ranieli was voted the Herald-Mail Tri-State's Best Physical Therapist in 2021–2025. He is a former Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is currently certified in neuromuscular taping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, the Functional Movement Screen, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment.

Dr. Ranieli has also completed extensive continuing education in manual and manipulation therapy, allowing him to address most musculoskeletal conditions from head to toe. He has recently completed a vestibular and dizziness treatment certification as well. Dr. Ranieli is pleased to be able to treat his patients with direct, one-on-one care for 45-minute appointments at Hagerstown Health.

Kelly Sauser

Office Manager & Billing Specialist

Kelly is an office manager and billing specialist in MD. She has been an office manager with over 12 years in the chiropractic field, and worked with two local chiropractors while obtaining her Maryland Chiropractic Assistant license in November 2012.

Kelly graduated from Brunswick High School in 1994 and moved to Washington County in 2004 with her husband, Nathan Sauser — a paramedic firefighter for Washington County — and their three children. She spent many years working and volunteering for Washington County Public Schools as an assistant and substitute teacher, where she was able to spend as much time as possible raising her children.

Kelly and her family enjoy spending time in the great outdoors. On many beautiful days you can find them camping, fishing and kayaking in beautiful Berkeley Springs, WV. Kelly enjoys her time with family and friends, giving back to the community while focusing on holistic medicine.

Tiffani Collier

Receptionist & Patient Assistance Coordinator

Tiffani is our newest staff member — receptionist and patient assistance coordinator with a strong background in customer service. She has extensive managerial experience as well.

Tiffani is a native of Hagerstown, graduating from South High in 2004. She has one daughter, two dogs and three cats. She enjoys her time watching her daughter play soccer, relaxing at home, and anything Halloween.
